His vision goes beyond individual transactions as he loves using real estate to participate in the renewal of the city along with his colleagues on the Kirk Realty Team. Drew and his wife, Andrea, live in the Kennedy King neighborhood in Downtown Indianapolis with their three sons Theodore, Bennett, and William.

Brianna Susnak is a passionate Indianapolis Realtor who brings energy, dedication, and heart to every transaction. A proud lover of old houses, bike lanes, and all things Garfield Park, Brianna has a deep appreciation for the charm and character of Indy’s neighborhoods. Phil and his wife, Abby, live in the Herron-Morton neighborhood of Indianapolis with their children—Emmitt, Tatum, Madie, and Mckenna. Before becoming a licensed realtor with @properties, Phil worked in construction management, rehabbing homes throughout Indianapolis. He owns and manages over 30 rental properties in Central Indiana and is currently focused on redeveloping the Shelby Street commercial district in Garfield Park.

Phil co-owns Parkside Public House, a restaurant in Garfield Park, and serves on the board of Imagine Indy Inc. He is also the Board Chair of Home Repairs for Good, a nonprofit that provides free home repairs for senior citizens and individuals with disabilities who own their homes and live below the poverty line.

Jenny and her husband Austin live in Irvington with their daughter Florence and English Bulldog, Dewey. Before real estate, she worked in various forms of media including live tv reporting in Michigan and writing advertisements here in Indy.

As a design and hosting enthusiast, Jenny loves helping clients in the meaningful process of home buying and selling. Whether first time buyers or serial investors, she appreciates that the journey is always a little different. Jenny thrives in the relational nature of the business and can't envision a more worthy career while also being Mom. When not working, she serves on the board of Imagine Indy, a cultural development nonprofit in Garfield Park. You can find Jenny and her family somewhere outside or at a local eatery. Most likely, both!

With over 15 years in real estate and property management, Joshua Lawrence is a dedicated, knowledgeable professional serving Indianapolis. As a licensed Real Estate Broker with @properties Christie's International Real Estate, he helps clients buy, sell, and invest across Central Indiana. His expertise spans marketing, negotiation, and market analysis. Whether assisting first-time buyers or seasoned investors, Joshua delivers personalized service tailored to each client’s goals. He lives in Mapleton-Fall Creek with his wife, Alicia, and their son Walt, giving him deep familiarity with Indianapolis’s neighborhoods. Outside of real estate, Joshua enjoys hiking and golfing.
